Our mission is to facilitate early recognition and treatment of newborn hyperbilrubinemia by innovating home health monitoring solutions to eliminate long term complications, prolonged hospitalizations, unneeded office visits and keep our precious babies safe.

Mrs. Clemente has extensive experience in building and scaling high performing teams and organizations in Fortune 100 biotech and medtech organizations. As a senior HR leader, she has driven the building out of both commercial and development organizations as well as executive teams at Genentech, Roche, Jansen (Johnson & Johnson), Novo Nordisk and most recently Denali Therapeutics.

Dr. Stavis is a neonatologist with over 4 decades of experience at the bedside of thousands of babies, and as the Neonatal Intensive Care Director and Chairman of Pediatrics at Main Line Health in the Philadelphia suburbs. He developed the Crib Notes™ NICU electronic medical record system for clinical documentation by doctors and nurses, data reporting and analysis, and parent communications.

Mr. Clemente has been a senior executive and CTO at Eli Lilly and Novo Nordisk, commercializing a myriad of connected medical devices, digital therapeutics and combination products. In his roles at Johnson & Johnson, Unilife and Bigfoot Biomedical he has led successful startups from early concept through launch.

Mr. Stavis has extensive experience in the business and non-profit sectors, including serving as the chief executive of a mid-size company for nine years. As a corporate lawyer, he has been a principal attorney in transactions including the sale of a biotechnology company and the sale of an international business unit of a software/hardware company.

Mr. Paulsen is a registered nurse with an extensive background in sales, marketing, and business development in medical and technology industries. Having worked with large companies like Hewlett Packard as well as start up companies, he has experience in all aspects of product development and commercialization.
